By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be of legal age (18+) or use the platform under parental supervision.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the confidentiality of your password.

We provide counseling and orientation services. Recommendations are indicative and do not guarantee admission to any institution.

The final admission decision lies exclusively with the institutions concerned.

The first consultation is free. Additional services (Packs) are subject to the prices displayed at subscription time.

Payments are secured via certified partners (CMI, PayZone, Stripe). We do not store any bank data.

If a service is cancelled before it starts, a full refund is available within 14 days.

After the service has started, refunds are calculated pro rata to actual progress.

Any use for illegal purposes, sending offensive content, or attempts to breach security is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or close any non-compliant account.

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee total absence of errors.

We cannot be held responsible for decisions taken solely based on platform information — the decision remains yours.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. The courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction.
